SHIPPING POLICY
We use untracked lettermail to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. If you would like tracking with your order please select the tracked packet shipping option when checking out.
Untracked shipping information:
- - Orders placed with untracked shipping WILL NOT be replaced or refunded if lost
- - These orders cannot be tracked; status of delivery is unknown until delivered
- - This shipping option is cheaper, and is not recommended for larger orders
- - PepegaProxies is not liable for any untracked orders after they are dropped off at Canada Post
Tracked shipping information:
- - Pepegaproxies will send out replacements for orders placed with tracked shipping if the order is lost (stuck in delivery for 2+ months, or if the order becomes untrackable)
- - Highly recommended for larger orders
If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can either:
- - Send out the order again with another shipping charge
- - Refund the order amount minus shipping fees
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CARDS?
We do make custom cards! Custom commissions are slightly more expensive as we have to go through the process of creating the image of the card digitally and ensure that it is how you like it before we proceed with physically making the card. If you would like to put in a custom commission please message us!
CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER/CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders can be adjusted or cancelled before they have been dispatched. Additional time may be required if cards are being added to an order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
Creation of proxies take approximately 3-5 business days and should be shipped within this timeframe. After creation, shipping can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on your location and if there are any internal delays with the post office itself.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you in the best way that we can.
