SHIPPING POLICY

We use untracked lettermail for all orders to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. If you would like tracking with your order please select the tracked packet shipping option when checking out.
Untracked lettermail information:
  • Orders placed with untracked shipping WILL NOT be replaced or refunded if lost
  • These orders cannot be tracked; status of delivery is unknown until delivered
  • This shipping option is cheaper, and is not recommended for larger orders
  • PepegaProxies is not liable for any untracked orders after they are dropped off at Canada Post
Tracked packet information:
  • Pepegaproxies will send out replacements for orders placed with tracked shipping if the order is lost (stuck in delivery for 1+ months, or if the order becomes untrackable)
  • Highly recommended for larger orders
If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can either:
  • Send out the order again with another shipping charge
  • Refund the order amount minus shipping fees

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Untracked Lettermail: Shipping can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on your location and if there are any internal delays with the post office itself. 
Please allow for an additional 2 weeks of delay during holiday periods of high postal traffic such as Christmas or consider upgrading to tracked packet during this time.
Tracked Packet: Shipping can take 3-5 business days or slightly longer for international deliveries. 
Please allow for an additional 1 week of delay during holiday periods of high postal traffic such as Christmas.
